— Benny the Butcher prepares to lead his team to the promised land as the official introduction of his BSF music label approaches with their debut album, Da Respected Sopranos, dropping this Friday.

Benny the Butcher and his Griselda affiliates have been on an absolute tear over the past 2 years or so, and even that is an understatement. Still, somehow Benny finds the energy to keep perfecting his own craft while continuing the build the Black Soprano Family label. Now, the day that many fans have been waiting for is around the corner.

This Friday, July 31st, the Black Soprano Family label will be dropping their debut album, Da Respected Sopranos, with the help of the DJ Drama-led Gangsta Grillz brand. The album will feature BSF members Rick Hyde, Loveboat Luciano, Jonesy, Heem, and of course, Benny the Butcher.

So far, we’ve gotten the single, “It’s Over”, with a visual to match, featuring Rick Hyde, Heem, and Benny the Butcher. The track, produced by Don Cannon, features a soothing vocal soul sample accompanied by a tight drum pattern. However, the music video, directed by The Wizard, offers a bit of contrast as it consists of gritty trap house and card game scenes. Still, the director was able to deliver a dose of opulence with scenes featuring the three performing artists donning Mafia-style wardrobes, toting Tommy guns, and driving prohibition-era carsall in classic black and white.

Peep the full music video right here and be sure to check out that BSF album release this Friday.
