Nazzy the Mic is a 17 year-old female rapper and artist hailing from Philadelphia. Quickly finding a love for rap music and everything it involves, Nazzy has always wanted to focus primarily on her flow and delivery. With two albums under her belt amongst a plethora of singles, the young troubadour is already filling up her catalog and showing her relentless and undeniable passion for her craft. Now, she’s delivered her fresh new single, “Sea and Sky”.
On the single, Nazzy the Mic gets help from labelmate and frequent collaborator Mizxy Slime in a song all about love and yearning. Thanks to the rapport the duo built through their past work, Nazzy and Mizxy were able to really showcase their chemistry.
Mizxy kicks off the track with a strong presence in his rapping before getting into a soulfully sung hook, flawlessly complimenting the stylish production sitting underneath.
All the while, Nazzy harmonizes and creates layers of sound around Mizxy’s vocals before fully entering the picture herself. When she does, Nazzy deploys a bouncy rap flow that is both catchy and full of impressively dynamic rhythms that keeps guessing as she seamlessly switches between rapping and singing.
