Legendary rapper, producer, entrepreneur, and Academy Award winner Juicy J has a new collaborative album out today, Crypto Business, via Trippy Music with acclaimed producer Lex Luger. The new album features guest verses from Project Pat, Wiz Khalifa, Finesse 2 Tymes, Beat King, Lil Keke, Lxst Cxntury, Trey Drizzle, and LA Chat. Juicy J and Finesse 2 Tymes have also shared a new video for “Be Careful.”
Earlier this year, Juicy J and Lex Luger hinted at an upcoming collaboration on social media. Crypto Business serves as a follow up to the duo’s first offering Rubba Band Business over a decade ago. This is J’s third joint album this year following Space Age Pimpin with Pi’erre Bourne which got nods from Pitchfork, The Fader, Stereogum, and more. Before that Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa teamed up for Stoner’s Night which got praise from Complex, XXL, Vibe, Essence, and more. It’s been nonstop hard work for Juicy J having performed at the BET Hip Hop Awards alongside Three 6 Mafia for the Loud Records tribute to recent production credits Drake’s Honestly, Nevermind album (“Jimmy Cooks”), and more — he shows no signs of slowing down.
