— Tink puts on an exciting Valentine’s Day car smashing event at Atlanta’s historic Morehouse College to celebrate her upcoming album, Thanks 4 Nothing.

Chicago-bred rapper, singer, and songwriter Tink has been a fan-favorite since breaking onto the scene, not only because of her incredible musical range, but also because of her refreshing relatability and inviting personality. This past Tuesday, on Valentine’s Day, those very traits were on full display as she hosted a car smashing event in Atlanta in support of her next album, Thanks 4 Nothing, out February 24th.

The event, held at Atlanta’s Morehouse College, was a lighthearted protest of Valentine’s Day as countless fans lined up to destroy the designated SUV. Bats, sledgehammers, and spray paint all came out as fans let off some steam while listening to Tink’s fitting new single, “Toxic.”

Along with the car smashing, the event also encouraged fans to “Donate Your Boyfriend’s Clothing” by placing clothes in donation boxes on site — another clever concept that goes so well with the theme of the album.

With the car torn to pieces and just about every fan getting to share an intimate moment with Tink, the event was a huge success to say the least.

Check out the recap photos right here, be on the lookout for Thanks 4 Nothing on February 24th, and be sure to follow Tink on Instagram and Twitter to stay up to date with her latest moves.
