— Rapper Larry June and producer Alchemist team up on a new collab single, “60 Days,” and drop a luxurious music video alongside it.
Hailing from the Bay Area, rapper and entrepreneur Larry June had an incredible 2022 culminating in his critically-acclaimed full-length album, Spaceships on a Blade — even making our list of 20 Best Albums of 2022. Now, to kick off 2023, he’s teamed up with none other than legendary producer The Alchemist for their new song, “60 Days.”
The track features the masterful production stylings of The Alchemist equipped with hypnotic string loops and bone chilling bass grooves. The single also includes a stellar verse from the acclaimed producer — one so good, you forget that he’s got bars back pocket.
Still, like only Larry June can, the Frisco native sets the stage by delivering a buttery smooth verse that exudes excellence and opulence while showing off some light vocals on the hook.
The single is accompanied by an extravagant Sean Kelly-directed music video titled, “The Great Escape,” full of luxury cars and lavish living.
