— 2024 is officially here, but before we get settled in, let’s take a look back at the best Hip-Hop producer/compilation albums that were released in 2023!

2023 was a rather eventful year in hip-hop from start to finish as we celebrated the 50th anniversary of the genre. Now, as we continue to build upon hip-hop’s historic greatness it’s important to stop and appreciate history while it’s being made.

Now, while sales, streams chart rankings, and cultural influence do play a part in the selection process of most year-end lists, here at Larimar Media we actually listen to the music. Because of this, lesser known artists with albums projects could very well see themselves atop our rankings.

With that being said, check out our list of the 20 best hip-hop producer/compilation albums released in 2023 and be sure to look back at our 2022 list.
