East Atlanta rapper, Jelly, calls on Juicy J for his latest single, “Bubble Gum” ahead of his upcoming album, The Wolf of Peachtree 2.

While we weren’t blessed with a sequel to the Leonardo DiCaprio-led blockbuster movie, The Wolf of Wall Street, Atlanta-based rapper Jelly is ready to deliver one of his own. Following his 12-track 2020 album, The Wolf of Peachtree, Jelly has announced that he’s ready to run it back.

Produced entirely by Jelly’s longtime friend and mentor, Pi’erre Bourne, The Wolf of Peachtree 2 is set to arrive on May 27th via Bourne’s SOSSHOUSE label.

Along with the project’s announcement, Jelly has released a bouncy new Juicy J-assisted single that puts the “peach” in “Peachtree”.

A chirpy celebration of curvature coated in the influence of Three 6 Mafia — both in sound and subject matter — Jelly effortlessly navigates the iconic flows of Memphis’ underground while Juicy J, fully in his comfort zone, eagerly enters the discussion and adds his two cents on their common interest.

According to Jelly, collaborating with Juicy J, who also lends his ear to the project as an engineer, was an item checked off his bucket list. In fact, when discussing the collaboration, he stated, “Me and Pi’erre love Juicy, Project Pat, and the whole Memphis wave they did. We pulled up, met Juicy — cool guy, real humble guy.”

Listen to “Bubble Gum” right here and stay tuned for The Wolf of Peachtree 2 . Also, be sure to follow Jelly at his official Instagram and Twitter pages for more updates.
