— Founder of Straight Lace ENT, International GT, delivers his first official single of 2020 titled, “Loose Leaf”, featuring Tee Sweet.
International GT has been a busy man this year. He’s gone from dropping the official instrumental version of his debut album, Elevation, to appearing in a number of interviews and even starring in an episode of our More Bars Please freestyle series. Since then, the Las Vegas native has gotten back in the lab and now we have his latest concoction — “Loose Leaf”, a brand new single featuring Atlanta’s own, Tee Sweet.
Producers Miistro Freeyo, Brian Triola, and Rickey D kick “Looseleaf” off with a dark and ominous vibe, properly setting the tone for International GT’s callous opening line, “Drinking D’Ussé in the bitch, not that sweet tea. Got that glocky on me, better not approach me”.
With a bouncy flow and unique melodies, GT proceeds to express his discontent with his competitors’ mediocre output and subsequent jealousy while still reminding them of the fact that he’s been on another level since his days of writing on ‘loose leaf’. Tee Sweet then follows up with a verse so fierce you’ll think she’s speaking directly to you before letting the hook play one last time.
