— C. Wills and Qualo of NATIVE3 SOUNDS recruit a hit squad including L.O.W., Benzo Scott, and Jam for their smooth new single, “Fireworks”.
If you aren’t familiar with NATIV3 SOUNDS yet, you’re truly missing out. The Augusta-based Hip-Hop duo are two of the most gifted artists on the indie scene and are destined to reach unspeakable peaks. With that being said, NATIVE3 SOUNDS can certainly hold their own. However, when they do decide to collaborate, they call in the big guns. Need proof? Look no further than their latest single, “Fireworks”, featuring an insanely talent-rich lineup of L.O.W. (Love Over Wealth), Benzo Scott, Jam, and of course the duo themselves.
“Fireworks”, produced by featured artist L.O.W., starts off with a sultry soul sample consisting of soothing keys and a chilling bassline. C. Wills then comes through with the opening hook, subtly setting the tone for the song and subsequent verses as he sings, “I saw her walk across the room… Let’s make fireworks.” L.O.W, Benzo Scott, Jam, and Qualo then proceed to deliver a series of impressively vivid verses describing situations where they’ve been stopped in their tracks by ladies who immediately sparked their attention in one way or another.
Largely due to the production, “Fireworks” has an authentically classic vibe, yet the track has all of the youthful energy needed to keep it fresh. In fact, the balance is so well done, I’d go as far as to say that this song will ultimately be considered “timeless” as it continues to age.
