Following the October 2021 release of his 18-track album, GUMBO’!, highly unique artist Pink Siifu has kept us entertained, and himself quite busy, with a steady stream of captivating visuals. Now, Pink Siifu is back with yet another video from the critically-acclaimed project for his track, “Wayans Bros.”
The “Wayans Bros.” music video, co-written and directed by Ameer Kazmi & Pink Siifu himself, features Atlanta rapper Peso Gordon. It’s the sixth official visual from Siifu’s latest album following “Gumbo’! 4 tha Folks, Hold On” featuring Big Rube, Liv.e, Nick Hakim, DJ Harrison and V.C.R; “Big Ole” featuring BbyMutha; “Roscoe’!”; “Bussin’ (Cold)” featuring Turich Benjy, and “lng hair dnt care”, which first surfaced last year as part of the Adult Swim Singles 2021 collection.
The visual starts off with a hilarious tribute to the classic Wayans Bros. TV show theme song before flashing over to a wrestling gym where the featured artists perform their verses amongst high-octane wrestlers.
Siifu also took the time to announce his 4 Tha Folks’! US tour with support from Turich Benjy, Peso Gordon, and VonBeezy with a DJ set from Ted Kamal. The 14-date tour begins on March 3 in Chicago with stops in Detroit, Brooklyn, Atlanta, and Nashville before wrapping up in Seattle on March 24.
