North Carolina’s MoonLander is certainly an artist to watch for. With a versatile style that allows him to blend genres — most notably Hip-Hop and R&B — he’s able to provide a variety of moods. This time, he’s decided to give us a perfect blend of both with his latest single, “Pour A Drink”.
With a beat led by guitar riffs and a number of pop-style sonic elements, MoonLander used his own vocals to create soft melodies that added to the song’s summertime feel. He was also sure to showcase his rap skills in a way that infused the song with just enough Hip-Hop to give the track a bit of an edge.
