Produced by $aint Vincent, Albin Tengblad & Simon Jonasson, “Good Look” is powered by infectious flutes and Lay’s radiant swag, as she leans into her inner Regina George and opens up her burn book with lyrics like, “How you ugly with no money? You just basic.” In the video, directed by EMBRCETHESTRNGE, Lay pilots an old school Ford truck around her hometown of Philadelphia, as she heads from the studio to the stacks of her local library.
“Good Look” and its music video continue the momentum created by “Tell Ur Girlfriend,” her nostalgic banger, which has already racked up over 20 million streams since its February release. The two new singles follow-up on an explosive 2023 that established Lay Bankz as one of the most exciting rising artists in music today. She kicked off the year with the frenetic club-rap anthem “Na Na Na,” a viral smash that generated over 127k video creations on TikTok and over 44 million global streams.
