— Cantrell releases the official music video for Beware the Sheep Clothing’s “Ratchet & Righteous” featuring Atlanta rapper, Grip.

Since entering the music game in 2018 with the release of his debut project, Stardust 2 Angels, Cantrell has been on an incredibly steady climb. Now, following the release of his 4th official project, Beware the Sheep Clothing, the Albany, GA-bred rapper has dropped a brand new visual for “Ratchet & Righteous” featuring Atlanta’s Grip.

For those familiar with Cantrell’s work, his unmatched storytelling coupled with an infectious flow, otherworldly lyrical skills, and gripping subject matter have made him one to watch. His concise 5-song, 17-minute EP, Beware the Sheep Clothing, was nothing short of a classic exhibition of said talent and his latest visuals only add to his allure.

Having already dropped two Malcom X and Martin Luther King-inspired music videos in just the past month for “Hear Me Now” and “This Time Around”, Cantrell has come right back with another masterpiece — this time inspired by the great Muhammad Ali.

With Cantrell and Grip using “Ratchet & Righteous” as an opportunity to kick boastful bars about Black brilliance and resilience from soul to physical manifestation, Muhammad Ali would have been estatic to have inspired this film. Furthermore, cinematic elements such as exciting angles and camera movement, use of historic references, and creative editing were just a few of the many things that made this Jerrell Lamar and Caleb Seales-directed music video a must watch.
