— Atlanta’s East Chain music label has released a brand new behind-the-scenes visual for their latest single, “CAMPFIRE”.
Since forming in 2013, East Atlanta-based indie label, East Chain, has sparked interest amongst local Hip-Hop fans and beyond. Now, since releasing their first group single, “CAMPFIRE”, along with an accompanying music video, the collective appears to be putting themselves in position to make some major noise.
“CAMPFIRE”, produced by Wili Hendrixs, HQ Jonez, Flacko Blanco, and ReemixLoops, features a super funky bass-heavy beat that sounds like it’s being played straight off of your grandad’s vintage record player. East Chain members Michael Aristotle, Da Kidd Half, HQ Jonez, and affiliate Andy Zone Six then come through and match the vibe with their equally funky flows and unique styles of delivery — all while never relinquishing their infectious lyricism.
The music video, collaboratively shot and edited by Iri Brown, CireWrld, & Bask Or Else, reveals the process behind the creation of “CAMPFIRE” at what we can only assume to be the East Chain headquarters. Not only is this a fun and creative visual, but it is also the perfect introduction (or re-introduction) to East Chain for those who haven’t been in the loop.
Be sure to check out the entire song and, especially, the music video in order to hear about East Chain’s big announcement.
